Chicken recipes - cream of chicken soup

Components:


25 g (1oz/6 teaspoons) butter
1 tiny leek,rinsed and diced
45 g (1 oz/ mug, in addition 6 teaspoons) simple flour
850 ml (30 fl oz/3 servings) chicken stock
150 ml (5 fl) dried out white vino
2 teaspoons sliced new chives
150 ml (5 fl) thicker bitter lotion and croutons, to provide


Procedure:


In a saucepan, burn the butter and gently saut the leek until gentle. Mix from the flour and cook more than a low heat for 1-2 second.


Get rid of the pan through the temperature and little by little add the stock,a bit at one time, mixing properly. Get back to the temperature and bring towards the boil, stirring right up until thickened.


Put the wine, protect and simmer carefully for 15 minutes add the chicken and nutmeg and simmer for the further 5 minutes. Fill within the skin cream and heat gently without the need of boiling, then mix in the cut chives. Provide in warmed dishes with spoonfuls of thick bitter skin cream and croutons
